![]() Progressive overload is a method of training muscles to be bigger and stronger, this method is widely used by bodybuilders with the aim of improving workout performance & making the musculoskeletal system even better. In doing the workout, there is a progressive overload method that aims to increase muscle mass significantly. According to Roesdiyanto & Budiwanto (2008:16) workout is a systematic activity that is carried out over a long period of time, is gradually and individually improved and forms humans who work physiologically and psychologically to fulfill task requirements. In the current pandemic conditions, workout is needed to keep our bodies healthy and fit.
